Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Refunds are only available if no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed, as determined by platform analytics.
Refund requests submitted outside the stated refund window or after substantial course access will not be approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less $10 flat processing fee.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
This policy applies to all CHADD online courses unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
