Trouble Logging In to CHADD Training?

If you’re having trouble signing in to your CHADD online training account, try the steps below.

Please Note: Your Thinkific training account login and password are separate from your CHADD membership login.
• If you’re trying to log in to CHADD’s membership site, please go to CHADD.org.
• If you’re trying to access your online training courses, use your Thinkific login here.

1. Reset Your Password

  • Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password?”.
  • Enter the email address you used to create your account.
  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the password reset email.

2. Confirm Your Login Email

  • Make sure you are using the same email address you used when you registered.
  • If you have more than one email account, try each one.

3. Try a Different Browser

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge work best with Thinkific.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies before logging in again.
