Thus far, this course has mostly reiterated facts about ADHD that may be easily found by any person researching the condition. Still, I am grateful for the opportunity to revisit all of this information in one spot, and looking through the lens of parenting a child with ADHD, this is an invaluable resource. My favorite takeaways include breaking down what it takes to pay attention, the list of executive functions, the great impact on girls/women (which should be noted in the DSM-5), the complex emotional aspect of adhd, and how imperative it is to watch our reactions as it relates to self-concept.

We don't have this kind of free educational tool in Japan. If we take the same kind of e-learning, we need to pay $300! I confirmed a parenting training but it costs over $200 for 1 hour seminar. Our environment for ADHD is literally backward. I'm truly grateful for this opportunity. All of the knowledge is extremely useful to know about my daughter's difficulty. I hope you'll have the Japanese version. Because ADHD is not so popular in Japan. So many parents and children struggle every day. If you are interested in creating a Japanese version of the website or educational tools, I will help you definitely.
