About This Course
Learners will navigate through six lessons to understand ADHD, explore myths and facts, and become familiar with strategies to better manage adult ADHD. Lessons will also teach on symptoms, diagnosis, and presentations and how to identify coexisting conditions. Learners will begin to understand adult executive function and learn ways to manage deficits and organize mental space. Each module includes a starter kit complete with resources to provide and support and raise awareness.
Modeled after CHADD’s successful Parent to Parent: Family Training on ADHD, Adult to Adult is a self-paced course on the latest information on best practices, strategies, and research-based information. Adult to Adult will help you navigate the challenges from ADHD in your career and workplace, health and wellness, and relationships.
